How we monitor
- An automated health check runs every 5 minutes. It tests the database, the message storage and the website itself.
- If a check fails, or unexpected errors spike, we're alerted by email and get another email when it recovers.
- otpmock runs only in your test and staging environments. An outage never affects your production SMS or your users.
Something not working?
If this page says everything is fine but your tests fail, check that OTPMOCK_URL is set where your application runs (it sends the SMS, not your test runner), and that the provider credential in that environment is your otpmock API key. See the docs, or email support@otpmock.com.
